Loving the game, but i always feel like testing how hard i can push my laptop.

I am able to play the game on max setting's with a good amound of FPS.
Heres a screencap using internal command:
Direct X + Max setting + 1920X1080 resolution.

Here is a screencap using an external measuring software

Notice the CPU usage:
It's very random randing from ~20% to ~80X per core (jumping up and down all the time)

Also notice the lack of use of the GPU
13% or GPU? it could be doing SO MUCH MORE!
591 MB of Vram too - I feel this is rather low.

I think the game runs better in openGL but i cant get a screencap ( I think ATI is to blame)

Is there any chance in more GPU use?
Possibly moving some load off of the CPU to the GPU?

Because the physics we use is a lot more complex than standard physics we cannot use the GPU for that.

The CPU framerate PPSR (CPU = 47) is currently the bottleneck for you. The GPU framerate (FPSR = 144) is not the problem.

When the girls e.g. are naked your framerate should increase.

Makes sense to me. A little disappointing but i undrstand.

Would it be possible to do anything else using the GPU?
13% is a verry minimal amount, kinda sad that all that power cant be used :(

I completely forgot to mention that this performance is a huge step up from 2, i had issues before with low spazzy fps in 2 and everything seems more stable in 3, great work on that.

The performance and stability has indeed been improved a lot compared.

In next version the CPU will however get more to do. We will add better lighting.

The CPU currently is the biggest bottleneck on most portable systems.

Because a lot of people have slower graphics cards and faster CPU's we need to find a balance that works for most people.

For most PC systems both the CPU and GPU framerates are about the same.

We will keep on improving it. :)

Than I have a request.

Please, as you improve/update the game add information and improve/update the options menu to match it.
For example I like the current lighting, maybe make it an option? as you said the new lighting will be more CPU dependent (could this use GPU too?)

If you like, i could give "benchmark" screenshot's like this as you update.
As my laptop is a strange one with a low-mid range CPU and a mid-high range GPU it could be usefull to you.

OH, heres my spec's:
Platform: Windown 8.1 64 bit.
CPU : AMD A10-4600M APU @ 2.3~3.2GHZ with Radeon HD 7660G.
GPU : AMD Radeon HD 7970M + 2GB GDDR5.

Oh i just noticed the "CPS" that is CPU speed correct?
It might not be correct for my cpu if it is.

2.3Ghz is your cpu unclocked speed as mine is 4Ghz so i Think its correct.

My cpu can hit 3.2

That's probably why the game never goes above ~75% per core.
