Oh and I would like to also remove the collar from the dress, update under garments texture, and update genitals textures. These I don't know how to do/find the files..

Genital texture is the 4 squares you see at botom left on the main body texture, yes it's weird :/
Coordonnates of anus are to find but it's somewhere on the body skin, strange uv mapping again :/
