Any chance you could elaborate on that? Is it planned for a future modding update or will there be a different workflow or will it just not be possible? Thanks.p

I can only speculate on the reason: Using a proprietary object format protects the developers intellectual property as well as possible licensed content. Also, it's probably alot easier to write your own .ma -> obj tool than doing the oposite. Admin posts alot of .ma / ini files already in his resource pack.

Wow, I want your redhead in the game too. That is not too much to ask, but I'm not sure if it is possible to import full models at this point.

I like her slender hips, makes her seem like she's still in her teens. Did you create her from scratch?

We will have to wait for a full character tutorial. XPAdmin said there is a yet undocumented function that lets you inject a custom mesh inside a completely rigged character.

I wish! I could sculpt her out of clay but 3d another matter. I just started using ZBrush about a month ago and although I'm making pretty quick progress I'll need a few years to get anywhere near that probably. Model is Genesis from DAZ Studio with custom morphs, and textures are Danea's Dublin from the Manhattan pack. With a few tweaks. In fact it's the texture I'm using to customize Seiko.

how about this one, another I put together and daz studio

That function is called "copy weights" and is part of maya :P

Yes but afaik you will be able to do it with filemaker, so I suppose you don't need the source .ma for it.
