Any way to make a command that makes the girls reach back and spread there cheeks?

speaking of this:
if a penis gets close to her vagina for example, the vagina opens.
Something I have in mind: if the mouth gets close to the vagina, saiko will open her mouth in a lick state.

I wanted to study that and see if it is possible.
