this is pretty big
like a few steps away from completely original content mods for this game
or like if you can port and make work the models from the 2.0 game you could mod in the original senarios
which i want soooo bad

Well the model looks like Tiffany from XSP 2.1, so that's a start. I'm sure the model can be modified in Maya. I do not have the chops to do that yet. As for direct conversion, We here still haven't managed to open the pack files, or have been given the means to do so, in 2.1 to my knowledge. I am new to this though, so I may be ignorant.

They give us that, and it's open season. Giving us a tool, or a version of filemaker that would let us open those pack files in XSP 2 would allow the community to convert those stories over, I'd guess.

Also no idea why when I convert her from .MA that it requires eye_diffuse_brown.jpg instead of eye_diffuse_blue.jpg. ended up using the eye_diffuse_brown.jpg from char_template

So I guess my challenges to myself and everyone else are:

1. Get this lady some clothes.
2. Get her interactive
3. Get her some hair
4. Get her some different colored eyes.
4. See if we can get her in a mod all her own.


so this is super interesting
while i have no idea why shes a ghost, the fact that she will do things when all the girls are commanded but not her along suggests that she has no individual identity in the code but she is counted as a girl to command.

The problem with walking through her is that she has no collision boxes. Good luck figuring those out, since the tutorial ends without detailing this.

Well I can collide into her now. I used file maker to convert the \pack\pack_character\sources\scenes\char_new Step 6 directory instead of placing those files into the sources scenes\char_new

Another development. For some reason her name is Tiffany not Laura. So when I command her I call her tiffany. She will kneel down to give me a bj but she doesn't do anything... it just runs through her face without collision.

I still cannot touch or grab her either. it tells me I cannot touch her yet.
