I think I've read somewhere that it will be on 4.x version.
(no limit on resolution)

Even 5K or 8K :)

Do you mean 4k resolution for the character skin, or for the screen?

Both are possible. The first in the plugin settings, the second in the display settings.

It should be possible to choose large resolutions like 4k when you screen setup supports that.

When you run in window mode (window = false; in settings.ini) you can choose large (custom) values for width,height and also position the window (using xpos,ypos)

@xpadmin yea :D i meant in full screen change to 4k how is in most of the games 1270x720, 1920x1080, 2560x1440, 3840x2160 (4k) :D
