Post subject:  Game crashes when trying to go to the settings page
I was tweaking with the resolution to try and get a higher frame rate and I took the resolution down from 1920x1080 (native resolution), full screen to 1680x1050, windowed.

I didn't notice a large increase in fps so I attempted to get back into the settings to tweak some more and now it crashes every time just as it is about to load the settings screen.

It seems that I can still play the game but I need to know how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated.

So far though, I am very impressed with this game and I am glad to have purchased it.

In the file "settings.ini" all settings are stored.

This file can be located were the game is installed.

Best is to remove this file and start XStoryPlayer again.

Then select the story [save point] where you want to continue.
