 Double typing

Post Double typing
When I start the game and go into fast sex, when I try to chat every letter I type is repeated. This goes away if I hit the windows key then alt-tab back. I'm launching from the start screen and using the 64 bit client, Windows 8.1. I unpacked the bins and am playing from the unpacked folders so I can experiment, but I haven't changed any files yet.

This happened to me back in 2.1 as well, although I run Vista instead of 8.1.
