I wasn't sure where to put this so I figured I'd put it here since you'd use it to build new games.

Lumberyard is "made up of proven technology from CryEngine, AWS, Twitch, and Double Helix" and is being developed by Amazon. It is currently:

b:) it is also...

c:) has about 20gb+ of assets and plugins (depending on what your fancy is) for download for free.

Official link is above and below.

I'm not sure if Cryblend works with it, but there has been some success with FBX imports in Blender.

I'm hoping there will be a Cryblend or like plugin for Lumberyard. The Devs say that they intend to build in support for Blender.

Yes, I know. The financial issues at Crytek forced them the sell out to Amazon (they have way too much money like Facebook).

The Crytek engine is a great engine for outdoors environments.

Because most of the our focus is on body physics we will stick with our own engine for now.

Oh no, I didn't mean it like that, lol. I was submitting this for folks who were looking to make their own games. You do you, XPA.
