In a lot of movies where virtual reality plays a role (e.g. The Thirteenth Floor, The Matrix, Avatar) the concept of having virtual sex either plays a major part or is at least mentioned (TTF: Hannon Fuller uses his company mainly as his personal sex simulator, TM: The woman in red, AVAT: Jake making sweet love to Neytiri).

The perfect sex game for me would basically be a game that depicts such a movie. A world where you can play an interesting adventure, but also go beyond casual contact with other NPC's. A game where the details regarding sexual contacts are paid just a much attention to as other features like shooting and explosions.

So what would your 'perfect sex game' be like? Share your thoughts here.

For me it would be a game with extreme features in it. because it is not real you can really exaggerate things.
So: enormous dildos, girls squirting huge amounts, swallowing sperm the by the gallon (and some story telling (lol))

The perfect sex game would be one, where the sex isn't the main "objective" or the main gameplay.
I love the hell out of RPG Maker adult games, cause in some of them you have very mature content, but also a story to follow and the usual RPG gameplay.
Some examples, even though some are less quality, but still went for a gameplay that isn't focussed on the sex alone:
Leisure suit larry (that's a no brainer), 7Sins, Knights of Xentar, Singles 1+2 and of course some japanese games like "Kamidori: Alchemy meister", where there is a pretty complex and broad gameplay, with some visual novel stuff, tactical fighting, shop and party management, but sadly the erotic is rather shallow and doesn't fit much in the character progression.

Rambling on an on, so here's the short version: My perfect sex game, isn't a sexgame, but a "normal" game with sex options in it.
Imagine Dragonage with their cheesy 16+ eroticmovie sex, but for 18+, more integration and mature situations like in The Witcher. And hell, why not let there be some rape too ^^


oh and from another viewpoint: regardless of the genre: I love if NPC react to your character, if he isn't properly dressed or even nude.
Just like in Xstory when you whip out your cock and they react to that.

For me it would be a sandbox style game, with many different ways to interact with the characters and world, deep character creation options (for your PC and NPCs you could drop into the sandbox) with narrative content (story lines to play through) but strong enough free-form game play that the stories feel like only one facet, not the focus, of the game.

...And the ability for user made content and mods...

I support the sandbox-style

A living world where NPCs are automatically & manually generated through a character editer with lot of options.
Then you can go around in the neighborhood visit and interact with the NPCs & NPCs can interact with other NPCs.
They can form relationships, habits, go on dates and so on...

Well something like a city or neighborhood simulator, with alot of focus on sex. :D

I think like the sims just 3th person.
Maybe with mix of ideas from other sandbox-games; Skyrim, GTA
only a few offline H-games has tryed a small amount of this; artificial girl series and Artificial academy

It would be a real breakthrough for the adult genre I think :)

Hmm, right now, my 'perfect sex game' would be a perfect blend of Singles/Sims, Love Girl, and the potential of XPlayer.

From Singles/Sims:
-having a daily life/schedule
-flirting, romancing, dating people of both genders (and being able to play as either gender)
-less emphasis on 'needs' sliders; fewer 'needs' sliders in general (basically, just eating, sleeping, and hygiene; other stuff will be there but will be nowhere near as important to overall character performance)
-wardrobe, including fetishwear

From Love Girl:

-more advanced AI where the player's partner will sometimes 'take over' the action depending on mood and other circumstances, and the player will have little to no control over it
-an added feature not from Love Girl: partner will initiate action depending on mood and other circumstances

On top of XPlayer:

-a more 'vanilla' or 'friendly' start to relationships (i.e. kidnapping and blackmailing; I get the story's porno flair right now, and I don't mind cause the rest of the game is good, but it's probably something I'd personally do away with in the 'perfect sex game' for me)
-expanded BDSM arsenal and situations and relationship types (with player sometimes being the one bound)

And the icing on the cake:

-fetishwear and BDSM equipment based on the Sunstone web comic by shiniez ~nodnods~

I guess what I would call "the perfect sex game" will not be done within the next 10-20 years ^^

It would have:

- Muliple parallel storylines. Basically a city with several locations and many people to interact with.
- I should be able to customize the character I want to play just as I want. Size, abilities, clothing.. everything.
- The character should have a job - student, teacher, policeman, DVD Rental clerk... whatever I choose from 5 or 6 available options, with each job leading to encounters with the above mentioned people living in the city and therefor different opportunities to have sex. The jobs themselves should not be boring tasks, but rather lead to situations that could or could not lead to sex.
Like the policemen on traffic duty stopping a speeder. If it's a male, he has a short exchange of lines then writes out a ticket. If it's a female, she maybe tries to circumvent the ticket by opening some buttons of her shirt.. leading to a blowjob through the car's window and maybe later meetings for more.. (which would also be an option for a male driver in a gay version of the game) or he's called to a college student's party because it's already late and too loud and a chick tries to seduce him so the party can go on (or he offers to let the party go on, when he get's some personal service as a bribe..)
I guess this might work well in a modular setting, by having maybe two job possibilities in the basic game, then adding more recycling the same NPCs and locations :D

Technically the engine should be able to handle almost any interaction a player could think of (which is why I think a game like I would deem perfect won't be here in a while ^^) from combining two items to get a new one with different abilities (like Chain clamps + nipple + skirt's hem = skirt is pulled up if girl keeps straight, but goes down if she bends forward.. or full bottle of wine + two glasses + one girl = drunk girl that is penetrated with an empty wine bottle..)
Basically the engine should be able to let me handle items as in real life... Although I have to admit, that because such a flexible game engine is still way out of sight, I'd rather have a game with more stories to play and a simpler engine ;)

The game either needs an incredible parser for the sex scenes or some sort of call up menu to choose the position I want to have sex in. Again, something very complicated.. Just imagine the basic college lecture room.. a teacher.. a girl.. and all the sex positions available in said room
girl sitting on her desk, teacher's desk, her chair, the ground. To get her in a fuckable position would need some complex wording and a parser able to understand full sentences.. So, although it would be an imperfect solution, I guess I'd prefer a menu here which I could call up by the press of a button to show all the available positions for that room ;)

Of course there should be a great variety of sexual acts available.. from shy licking of the tip of the cock to a full forced throatfuck.. penetration of any orifice in which the pixelcock can fit in.. from oh so slowly to brutal pounding.. with the appropriate reaction of the receiver of said action as befitting her personal preferences.. Like.. the already mentioned female traffic speeder might be ok with giving a simple blowjob, but starts to get nervous when the Policemen starts raping her throat.

different approach (or "How to mix your favourite sex game):

Graphic Style: XPlayer
Customizing: Artificial Girl 3 / Sexvilla 2 for chars / clothing
Sex Positions: Artificial Girl 3 (with more options to choose said positions) / Sexvilla 2 (with less "typically porn" voices)

Story: XPlayer + adapted stories from all kind of flash sex games ^^ There's a couple nice ones by "Lesson of Passion" (on Play Force One) or the good old "Orgasm Girl" (which already is implemented a bit in XStoryPlayer ^^ but could be enhanced..). Or stuff like the stories from Pusooy just with more freedom of action...

Game Engine: The best you can manage to make.. but rather keep it simple instead of trying to get too fancy and making the game overly complicated due to restrictions coming up because of the engine ^^

For me the priorities would be (from highest to lowest): story -> graphics -> customizing -> engine

Ya know, T0mcat, I will say this:

If for a purely sex simulation game, I think the perfect blend right now would be the physics and graphics of XStoryPlayer with the blowjob/deepthroating mechanics and fluids of Super Deepthroat :P Add in a fully functional handjob mechanic and you'd be golden!

SDT kind of responses is what we are trying to add to XStoryPlayer.

I think that kind of responses is really missing in XStoryPlayer right now.
