OK, then 2 questions if I may.
Is that 4 hour playtime figure counting the first 2 stories, or is that 4 hours just for Tentacle Dreams?

And in a similar fashion, is that "more interactive" just applied to Tentacle Dreams, or did the update allow for some better stuff with the first 2 stories as well?

I ask because while I'm sure there will be some enterprising modder that will expand on the first 2 stories (at least, I really HOPE there is, cause there is plenty of story left in both those scenarios), if it had already been done by you guys that would be fantastic.

The 4 hours will be for tentacle story. Now its about 3 hours, when it is completely finished it will be 4 hours.

The first 2 stories need to be rebuild to suit the current version as well. We have not come around to that, but it needs to be done as well.
Would be great if community could help with that, we see if that is realistic.

Well, I'm somewhat disappointed that the current stories haven't been rebuilt with the new stuff the engine can do, I'm not a software guy, but I would have expected that to be the first thing worked on once the new engine was stable, but hey that does certainly leave room for modders to have a field day.

And 3 hours for what is done (4hours when complete) on just the Tentacle is far longer than I expected, that really sounds fantastic.

I think a huge number of us will be motivated to help out. I personally look forward to forking the first XSP Scripting Language (needs a better name) project on github. Under a pseudonym of course ...

Because the engine has a lot of new features, rebuilding the older stories is not simple recompiling them.

But we want to add them as soon as possible in the new format once the release is done.

What exactly would this entail? Are you talking about actually implementing features that would therefore require a knowledge of the custom engine, or are you just asking us to test the current stories out as their are fitted with the new engine/features?

If the scripts for the stories are stored on git hub as an example, then the community could make pull requests that xpadmin could merge in to the main story if he felt they are good enough.
