Here is a movie of Monica jogging.

It is running with physics engine in slow-motion to better visualize the soft body movements.

In it you can see that cloth simulation allows for more stiff clothing and underwear.
The collisions are all in real-time (even the earrings). The breasts have self-collision, so they do not intersect (needed in this case).

N.b.
Physics engine speed can be set in script, for testing/fun purposes.

+ 1 stiff clothes

Thicker clothing would be good(where you not see body outlines) that pushes the effect to want likely take off /undress the clothes

:D the music fits to this scenary in few parts of the video the hands go through body / clothes maybe a bit optimization needed

The hands have no own movement / physicly movement
