I sure hope you get into it again, because the stuff you make is freaking awesome! Not that I'd encourage you to do illegal stuff, but have you considered downloading a cracked version of Maya?

I have been caught for movie piracy in the past :oops: . It's not somthing that I'll be doing again. In the end it cost me £500 to watch Zombieland... :o I didn't even enjoy the film.

We will add other 3d object import functions for example .obj in the future.

That is good to hear. .obj looks like the way to go from what I've read.
What I've been planning to do is learn as much as I can about Maya.
Then use the trial to make as much as I can during that time limit.
I've not checked if the trial allows "commercial" use however.

I understand that Maya is not the best tool for modding.
I think an importer for rigidbody body objects using .obj will go a long way.

I used to really be into blender, here is an example of something I made, thought probably not a right fit for the game.

I'm very pleased to see my models being used in v3.
The wooden table, wooden stool, funnel and stocks from the free sex mode :)

I'm looking forward to getting stuck into moding and creating some more additions.

Any 3D model format that blender can read will go a very long way to supporting modders.
