I packed the maya stocks into obj using filemaker.
I got missing texture issues, solved it after pointing the right folders.

All went well until the game crashed with missing textures errors.

It seems the filemaker recognize the dds files but the game .obj asks for jpg textures. I had to open each dds texture in PS, crop it and save as jpg.
The original unpacked stocks have no problem.

Is this a new filemaker issue?

Another question not related, if someone can help: I have 2 similar shapes in maya but only one gives me .cpp errors ingame. Is there anything I need to setup in maya before filemaker conversion?

I use maya 2009.

Please check the wiki. You have to enable auto-creation of .dds files and auto-copy them.

Also see e.g:

Thanks for quick reply.
I am browsing wiki but I think this is something different: I didnt change the textures, but the game is searching for jpg instead of picking the dds that filemaker recognized. Unless I am missing a filemaker start.ini setting.

Strange because I only packed the ma and ini without changing anything.

EDIT I missed the compress lines. Wow thanks a lot, I will try later
