That won’t work. You need to open the “SC Sheath SS Dress.7z" file with WINRAR (right click the file and choose open with WINRAR) a WINRAR window will open and inside there is a folder named “SC Sheath SS Dress” drag that folder out of the WINRAR window to the plugin folder.
