Do you mean in the office. You just have to hold it against the reader at the entrance, afterwards, you just need to scan your fingerprint at the office doors. I initially thought as well that you need to put the card into the slit...

once 2 portals are stable
press the blue button on the left teleporter panel

I must be missing something very basic.

1) flip power breakers - all good
2) turn on servers - got it
3) turn valves to increase pressure - nothing happens

I've turned just the red valves.
I've turned the red, green, and blue valves.
I've turned just the green and blue valves.
I've turned on just one side and then just another side and then all of them.
I've explored the apartment building looking for other valves.
I've gone to the city map and back and tried turning the valves again.

Nothing. Happens.

Any tips for this clueless sucker?

You need to open the valves fully, they extend out quite a bit.

i need some help, i have the larva thing i showed it the pictures but then what? i mean it squirted something green but then what to do? the character doesnt say anything... i also show it my penis but thats all i dont know what to do next please help me.
