And also if there will be Oculus Rift implmentation the Razer Hydra which you would use with it , would need hands.

I thought the hand in Sexy Beach Zero was almost perfect, the dev should take a look at that game. It should just be a floating hand that you can turn on or off, I remember Illusion tried adding an arm in Real Girlfriend but it was a complete failure.

Yes I think a complete arm would be to restricting.

For both the arm to look good and not be restricted at the same time, is almost impossible.

But a hand with some arm attached that fades away until it becomes invisible would be a good balance I think.

Sounds to me like a pretty good solution, it both mitigates the distraction of a hovering hand, and it wont create a physical "decoration'" to get in your way. ^^

I think a hand of any sort would be great somewhere down the road. Not as primitive as Sexy Beach's, but it doesn't have to be as intricate as the surgery simulator's.
